Can I preorder a bike?
Absolutely!! If you’re waiting on inventory to come in you can always reserve a bike by emailing anyone within the company. We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit of the purchase price to hold a bike(s), but whatever is paid towards the hold will be taken off the final sales price upon delivery or pickup.
What are your payment options?
There are several payment options to choose from:
1. You can pay in total via cash or credit card either upon delivery or pickup.
2. We are an affiliated member of Affirm which provides extremely affordable financing options:
A. Finance over 6 months at 0% APRB
B. Finance over 12 months at 15.10% APRC
C. Finance over 36 months at 15.18% APR
What is your return policy?
We encourage all customers to contact us so we can help resolve any issues or concerns, but if you’re still unsatisfied with your purchase we will honor a full refund within the first 30 days after your purchase.

What is your warranty policy?
Every ebike component that is not considered a “quick-wear” part (e.g. brake pads, tires, seats, grips, chain, etc) is covered under a one-year warranty. The warranty’s scope specifically includes the motor, frame, electrical components and wiring, controller(s), display, batteries, forks, cassette, hubs, and derailleur. The rims are covered separately by a 3-month warranty.
If something breaks let us know and we’ll arrange to have the bike fixed at our headquarters or we will send you a new part. Logistics are a case-by-case determination, and it depends on what breaks and how technical the repair turns out to be.
Again, we don’t foresee there being issues with our ebikes but we realize that things happen. We want to do what is right by our customers and give each of you an opportunity to let us earn your business. All we ask is for patience and understanding that we’re doing everything we can to make it right.
